Games. Tools.
Systems.

Flame Works builds games around one strong idea each, practical tools for real everyday problems, and systems that run quietly in the background. Made by one developer, in the open.

Games

Two survival games, two very different moods

Both are in development. Dates are not promised until there is something to play.

Navareth key art: a medieval town built on a floating vessel
Co-op survival · In development

Navareth

Turn raw timber into a moving medieval town and sail it across a drowned world. One base, one vessel that never anchors. Early development; the first milestone is a playable slice, not a date.

Paws and Circuits: Reboot Earth, a raccoon and his drone buddy on a trashed island
Cozy eco-survival · Free demo on Steam

Paws & Circuits: Reboot Earth

An injured raccoon and his buddy drone clean up a trashed island. A free early alpha demo is available on Steam; Early Access is planned first.

Approach

How Flame Works builds

  • One idea per product. Each game or tool is built around a single clear promise instead of a long feature list.
  • Honest about status. What is playable, what is planned and what is only an idea is always labelled.
  • Built in the open. Progress, demos and devlogs are shared with the community while the product is made.
  • Practical first. Tools have to save real time on real days. Games have to be fun before they are big.
